Edwin joined ISP in 2005 and as Chief Operating Officer he maximizes ISP's client-centric talent and industry-leading resources through strategic leadership and partnership with ISP’s clients, CEO and Executive Team, Leadership Teams, Technical and Operations Teams, and key suppliers. Edwin ensures that ISP continuously evolves to meet and exceed the dynamic needs of its clients by delivering caring and competent customer service, integrated screening solutions, secure technology, and actionable information.

Craig serves as Controller/CFO, where he drives financial strategy and operational efficiency to support the company’s mission of delivering reliable background screening services. With over twenty years of expertise in financial planning, compliance, and cost management, Craig ensures sustainable growth and innovation in a competitive industry.

Sherril Collins serves as Vice President of Integrated Screening Partners (ISP), where she helps lead the company's strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and client experience. She works closely with executive leadership to strengthen internal processes, support business growth, and ensure ISP continues to deliver exceptional service to clients across the United States and internationally. With extensive experience in executive leadership, human resources, compliance, risk management, and organizational development, Sherril oversees key corporate initiatives including policy development, employee engagement, technology implementation, marketing, and operational improvement. She is passionate about creating efficient systems that support both employees and customers while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance. Sherril plays an integral role in advancing ISP's long-term vision by aligning people, processes, and technology to drive innovation, strengthen client partnerships, and position the company for continued growth.

Since 2012, Jose has been serving as a strategic leader at ISP, dedicated to fostering optimal conditions for daily operations and strengthening relationships with current and prospective clients in the LATAM market. Jose also reports to the board and represents the company in legal and regulatory matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Belinda joined the company in 2006 and brings 19 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager. Over the course of nearly two decades, she has successfully managed and nurtured relationships with hundreds of clients across a wide range of industries. Known for a strong commitment to client satisfaction, strategic insight, and attention to detail, Belinda plays a key role in ensuring that every account receives exceptional service and support. She continues to be a trusted partner for clients and a valuable leader within the team.

Francisco joined ISP in 2025 as a young talent with a vision for building strong client relationships. His experience in digital marketing, content creation, and business relations brings a fresh, contemporary perspective, enabling clear and engaging communication of ISP’s services and trends in the background screening industry, driving innovation within the sector.

Alex has served as Regional IT Director since 2013, overseeing the organization’s technological initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives through strategic research and development. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring projects are adequately resourced, fostering effective collaboration among diverse stakeholders, including project contributors, and managing relationships across the organization.

Colleen joined ISP in 2005 and brings a wealth of experience in the background screening industry. Colleen plays a pivotal role in supporting process and service development, improvement, audits, and compliance, while also providing vendor, operations, and systems support.

Leticia has been a dedicated member of ISP since 2007, bringing extensive experience to her role. As the supervisor for the Medical Services and Verifications Departments, she focuses on tracking key performance indicators to drive efficiency and ensure exceptional service quality. Leticia’s commitment to measurable outcomes and fostering collaboration makes her a vital leader within the organization.
